Well the month of December was alot of making and baking Christmas goodies for the family. The decorating of the house inside and outside, putting up the tree, then the wrapping of packages, all in the past now!
Two days of cooking for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas dinner. We had our annual meals of Clam Chowder and homemade rolls for Christmas Eve dinner and this year I made some extra little goodies to go with both dinners. Baked Ham with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Broccoli and Rudy added a green salad to the menu this year for Christmas dinner.
This year I made 3 different kinds of Spirals, Ham / flavored cream cheese, Turkey / Cranberry cream cheese and Tortilla / Pepperocini and cream cheese, along with the stuffed celery and deviled eggs.
Gina made Eggnog cake for dessert for Christmas Eve and I made Pumpkin Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie for Christmas dessert.
As always I made and baked alot of goodies for my family. Gingerbreadmen, Lime Jell-O cookies, Cream Cheese Sugar cookies, Butter Spritz, Holiday Snickerdoodles, Cashew Clusters, Peanut Clusters, Raisin Clusters, two different fudges, Peppermint Bark,and Snowman Soup gift mugs for the kids.
