Last night!

I went to Beth’s baby shower, her new baby’s name will be Christian.

Had Rudy’s dinner ready for him to warm and planned on cleaning the kitchen when I got home.

But to my surprise, he’d done the dishes himself!

Garden update!

The plants are slowly growing.

My Roma tomato:

Yep! They are round!

I picked my first cucumber!

It was getting rather large and I gave in and picked it today.

It’s about 8 inches long.

The plants have grown, hopefully more cucumbers will mature soon!

They were supposed to be a bush variety, but have started to trail now.

Update on Madi’s peanut plants.

Not sure I’m going to be able to save them.

I think Lucy pulled them up today, so I had to transplant them.

So I transplanted them in one of the wine barrels, hopefully they make it now!

Lucy loves the rocking foot stool, can hardly ever use it myself!

She loves to chew on her drumstick while rocking on it.

She caught me trying to take her pic.

She tried to run away after seeing the camera.

She’s such a stinker!

Gift card holder for Baby Shower

I’m invited to a baby shower on Sat. I made this little card to hold a gift card, no time to go shopping or to make anything.

I hand stitched on this card to add some dimension to it.

Our little guy is 4 already!

Renee’ and I cooked all day preparing food and cupcakes for Mason’s party.

Mason’s Birthday Card

I made a quick card for Mason’s birthday tomorrow, he’s turning 4 and is the youngest of our 7 grandkids.

Meg and Madi made cards before they left.

The girls were upset about missing Mason’s birthday party tomorrow, so before they left I had them wrap his gift from them and make him cards.

Thursday was our 37th anniversary, so I made this quick card for Rudy.

Rudy’s at work and the girls are gone now. I’ve been cleaning and now need to go down to the scraproom and make a birthday card for Mason.

It’s going to be hot today, so no working outside, did my mowing early this morning and then jumped in the shower.

We have a birthday party to get ready for tomorrow, so will be busy all day.
